Vendor Requirements
Insurance
Certificate of Insurance (COI) of $1,000,000 with the required Additional Insureds. Upon approval, you will be emailed the Additional Insured and Certificate Holder information.
What to Bring
Vendors must provide ALL equipment including but not limited to tent/booth, sidewalls, outdoor electrical cords, tables, lights, certified fire extinguisher, and warrant that ALL equipment is properly constructed and functional for use. For Food Vendors Only (in addition the above): hoses, propane tanks, hand washing station, and flooring. Propane tanks must have current PASSED inspection period sticker.
Staff
You get (4) authorized personnel passes (booth operator, plus 3 staff) for your booth/space. There's a $25 fee per each additional person.
TFF Health Permit
Temporary Food Facility (TFF) Health Permit required prior to the event. Fee not included. If a temporary food establishment operates less than seven days in a year, a license and application are not required, no fees must be paid. Upon approval, you are required to submit health permit application paperwork with applicable fee directly to KDA Health Department (if applicable). Approved food vendors are required to attend KDA Food Safety meeting at 6PM on April 25, 2024 to be held at the BayoU Stage at the event site.
