Vendor Requirements

Insurance

Certificate of Insurance (COI) of $1,000,000 with the required Additional Insureds. Upon approval, you will be emailed the Additional Insured and Certificate Holder information.

What to Bring

Vendors must provide ALL equipment including but not limited to tent/booth, sidewalls, outdoor electrical cords, tables, lights, certified fire extinguisher, and warrant that ALL equipment is properly constructed and functional for use. For Food Vendors Only (in addition the above): hoses, propane tanks, hand washing station, and flooring. Propane tanks must have current PASSED inspection period sticker.

Staff

You get (4) authorized personnel passes (booth operator, plus 3 staff) for your booth/space. There's a $25 fee per each additional person.

TFF Health Permit

Temporary Food Facility (TFF) Health Permit required prior to the event. Fee not included. If a temporary food establishment operates less than seven days in a year, a license and application are not required, no fees must be paid. Upon approval, you are required to submit health permit application paperwork with applicable fee directly to KDA Health Department (if applicable). Approved food vendors are required to attend KDA Food Safety meeting at 6PM on April 25, 2024 to be held at the BayoU Stage at the event site.

Each item listed must have retail prices and cannot sell glass containers. SELLING OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IS PROHIBITED. Bayou GatorCraw Fest reserves the right to prohibit the sale or rental of any item of merchandise or food.
For custom setup or if larger space is needed, please specify size below:
Electricity is NOT included. If requested, 30 AMPS can be provided at the cost of $50. And, $40 thereafter for each additional 30 AMPS as needed.

Upon acceptance, vendor fee (payment link) will be emailed.

CANCELLATION

This is a rain or shine event!
If at any time vendor chooses to cancel their contract, fees are non-refundable.

If there is an act of war, government sanction, catastrophe, strike, and/or act of God, including but not limited to weather, government siege(s), fire, flood, labor disputes, and/or terrorism, the festival will reimburse vendor fees minus the cost of preparing vendor’s space incurred by the festival. Vendor will hold harmless festival and its affiliates in the event it comes subject to such act of war, government sanction, catastrophe, strike, and/or act of God, including but not limited to weather, government siege(s), fire, flood, labor disputes, and/or terrorism.
